Create a project
One project per job. It is also what controls who can see what.

Add the people
Invite the ones who need access; add the rest for reference only.

Set the dropdown values
Type, Milestone and Labels start empty. Five minutes now saves an hour later.

Raise issues, or import them
Type them in, or bring in a BCF file from a consultant.

Work the board
Drag cards between columns, comment, assign, close.

Send the result back
Export a BCF file with what has been resolved.
